What can you expect from us renting out your property:

Introductory meeting

During this meeting we will discuss the possibilities, risks and special interest points when renting out. Together we will determine the rent and the next steps.

The house is advertised on Funda.nl and on our own website. We complete the object presentation with text and photos, and we will draw up the rental conditions.

Viewing

Upon finding a suitable candidate, we will verify the financial background. Your personal wishes can also be taken into account. As soon as a candidate has been verified, we will make an appointment for a viewing.

The rental agreement and transfer

We take care of the rental agreement and guide the initial and closing inspection. Additionally, we can offer you full rental management services in which we take care all aspects during the rental period, including all administrative proceedings and tenant inquiries.
