The LeeuwenDeel
Located at the Van Leeuwenhoekpark in Nieuw Delft will be Het LeeuwenDeel, a modern and comfortable building where interaction, togetherness, nature and sustainability come together. Within walking distance of cafes, stores and public transportation, a mixed-use building for residents and entrepreneurs is under construction.
Striking architecture
The LeeuwenDeel is a versatile boutique building with striking architecture that refers to everyday life in the 17th century, as seen in Johan Vermeer's painting The little street. The varied and rhythmic use of materials refers to Vermeer's painting View of Delft. This Delft history comes together in Het LeeuwenDeel with the living of today. Lots of natural light, a comfortable living environment where greenery is integrated and energy neutral. This makes Het LeeuwenDeel a pearl in Delft!
Residential program
There are 12 building numbers.
The four floors of the building follow two housing types.
The apartments of different sizes on the 2nd and 3rd floor are organized around a central core.
Each apartment has a loggia and a pleasant east, west or south orientation.
For the 4th and 5th floors, the crown layer, a duplex typology combined with the two-meter setback creates 2-story family homes/penthouses with a roof terrace.
Start of sale
The start sale will be on July 1, 2024. If you are interested in 1 of the apartments, we can make an appointment with you before then to inform you about the apartments. Based on that, it is possible to make a reservation agreement before July 1. After July 1, all the information will be available and we can proceed to sign the
