As of January 1, 2021, it is mandatory to have a valid energy label when selling or renting out a property. The energy label provides insight into the energy needs and consumption, which is becoming increasingly important to buyers in today's era. The label is prepared using the NTA8800 method.
We aim to provide you with a valid energy label as quickly as possible. To achieve this, a licensed EP-W/B advisor will visit your home. During this visit, the advisor will first discuss with you, the resident, which installations are present in the home. Subsequently, the facade, window, roof, and floor surfaces will be measured. These data are processed and result in the energy label. Depending on the type of housing, the visit will take half an hour to a maximum of two hours.
